For reasons other than a breach of the Australian Consumer Law Guarantees, Campbelltown Computer Repairs may, at its absolute discretion, choose to offer a refund, credit, replacement, or repair for goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 14 days from the date of purchase). This is a goodwill gesture and is subject to the following conditions:

If the Customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then, in addition to all other rights and remedies of Campbelltown Computer Repairs, the Customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Campbelltown Computer Repairs as a result thereof. Campbelltown Computer Repairs, at its discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout, you must specify where you would like the goods left (e.g., at the front door, next to the garage). Campbelltown Computer Repairs and our couriers cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing after being left unattended if an order has been authorized to leave. The goods shall be at the Customer’s risk at the point of delivery. Title to the goods does not pass to the Customer until full payment for the goods has been received by Campbelltown Computer Repairs.
Upon taking delivery of the goods, the Customer shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to Campbelltown Computer Repairs of any defect within five (5) days of such date. Failure to provide such notice within this timeframe shall deem the goods to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.

30-Day Limit: Goods will be held for a maximum period of 30 days from the initial notification date.
Final Notice & Disposal: If the goods remain uncollected on the 30th day, a Final Notice of Intention to Dispose of Goods will be issued to the Customer. If the goods are not claimed and all accrued fees (repair and storage) are not paid in full within the timeframe specified in that notice, Campbelltown Computer Repairs reserves the right to sell or dispose of the goods to recover our costs.
Data Responsibility: We perform a secure wipe on abandoned hardware prior to disposal, but we take no responsibility for the loss of data on uncollected items.
The price shall be paid by the Customer in full without any deduction, set-off, or counterclaim on or before the payment date. In addition to any other rights and remedies of Campbelltown Computer Repairs in the event of the Customer’s default hereunder, Campbelltown Computer Repairs shall be entitled:
To charge and recover costs incurred for the collection of payment (such as, but not limited to, collection agency fees and legal costs), cheque dishonor fees, and interest at the current bank overdraft rate plus two percent (2%) per annum from the due date for payment until payment in full.
To immediately and without notice retake possession of the goods (and for such purpose, the Customer irrevocably licenses Campbelltown Computer Repairs, its employees, contractors, servants, or agents to enter upon the premises at which the goods are located to so retake possession) and resell the goods after seven (7) days’ written notice to the Customer.
At the sole discretion of Campbelltown Computer Repairs, charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
